Malaysia-China Cultural and Arts Association is a professional organization with the clear objectives to establish and provide a practical platform for both cultural and arts workers and promoters in Malaysia and China, to instill artistic inspiration, ignite cultural sparks and enrich cultural connotation of the countries, through cultural exchange.
